To help you have a safe, comfortable first session, please read the following instructions before your visit:

🚫 Important restrictions

Substances: Do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs within 8 hours before your session.
Tobacco: Do not smoke for 24 hours before or after your session.
Flights: Do not fly within 24 hours before or after your session.
Health: Do not attend with fever or an active respiratory infection. Clients with a history of pneumothorax, barotrauma, or incompatible electronic implants may not enter the chamber.

Arrive clean — no lotions, perfumes, or heavy creams on skin.
Wear comfortable clothing (sweatpants or loose pants recommended).
Keep nails clean, short, and free of fresh nail polish.
Not allowed inside the chamber: jewelry, watches, keys, hair clips, and electronic devices.
Eyes: Wear prescription glasses if needed; remove contact lenses before the session.

First visit: Arrive 30 minutes early for intake and chamber orientation.
ID: Bring a valid photo ID to your first session.
Punctuality: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance through our booking portal or by contacting us directly. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited per our Terms & Conditions.
Booking required: All sessions are by appointment only.
