No needles. No medication. No downtime.

You stretch out on a comfortable bed inside the private chamber. Soft, quiet, climate-controlled.

The chamber gently raises the air pressure. You just breathe normally — your blood carries more oxygen than usual.

Built-in screen. Sixty minutes goes by fast. No needles. No medication. No downtime.
Sound Familiar?
Sleep, coffee, and vitamins are not fixing it because the problem is not sleep. Your cells are not getting enough oxygen.
Your brain needs more oxygen than any other organ. When it does not get enough, focus falls apart in the afternoon.
Aches, stiffness, and slow recovery from workouts are usually inflammation your body cannot clear on its own.
How It Helps
Pressurized air pushes extra oxygen into your blood and into the tissue that has been running on fumes.
Higher oxygen levels help quiet the low-grade inflammation behind aches, stiffness, and slow recovery.
Most clients on a protocol report sharper focus, deeper sleep, and real daytime energy within the first few weeks.

You lie down on a bed inside a private chamber. The pressure is raised gently — most people compare it to flying — and you breathe normally for 60 minutes while watching Netflix on the built-in screen. No needles, no medication, no downtime.
One full 60-minute mild hyperbaric chamber session for $49 (regular $200). Includes a short intake with Yarian beforehand so we know what you are trying to fix, and a personalized protocol recommendation after, with zero pressure. The $49 is paid at the clinic on arrival.
It depends on what you are working on. Most protocols run 10–40 sessions over 2–8 weeks. Your $49 first session is the starting point — Yarian will recommend a specific plan after, with zero pressure to commit to more on the day.
Mild hyperbaric is a low-pressure version of the same therapy used in hospitals. It is generally well tolerated. We screen everyone before booking to make sure it is appropriate for your case. If you have a recent surgery, a serious lung condition, or are pregnant, please mention it on the form so we can review.
Most people feel a gentle ear pop — like an airplane takeoff — as the pressure changes, then nothing for the next hour. After, most clients report calm, clearer thinking, and deeper sleep that night.
For wellness uses, no. We do not bill insurance. Your first session is $49 (regular $200), and Yarian will walk you through package pricing at your consultation if you decide to keep going.
